Loose, backless dresses will always be a favourite of mine, especially for special ocassions or a night out. Then again I never really was a fan of short tight dresses, what with constantly having to pulling them down all night at the risk of exposing yourself to seedy old mate across the bar.
On another note, I'm really not impressed with this being my second post all month BUT I have had a few set backs since moving back to Auckland from Brisbane. The first being that the internet at my new apartment may as well be one million dollars for one gig. Not really, but it is bloody expensive. Secondly, potatoes. Remember when I wrote about surviving on potatoes this year? Well, that vision has come true. A few nights ago I ate hard potatoes for dinner because I can't even cook them in the microwave. Then I covered them in mayonnaise and soy sauce and it was alright. Not really. It was pretty shitty.
Thirdly, (and much to my delight), after a 3 hour flight from Brisbane I was directed to my new bedroom which contained a mattress covered in blood stains and by the looks of it, various other bodily fluids. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the room came furnished with dirty socks and rotten fruit. I never thought I would write about a bloody mattress on my blog (or bodily fluids for that matter), but there really is a first time for everything. Anyway, I now have a new room and a clean mattress (although it's about as hard as my potatoes) and am completely thrilled at my new found independence (lies). Really though, I do plan on posting a lot more on here once I've figured my life out a bit more (truth). If that's possible.
